Harbin New Energy E & T Company was founded in 1990s. It has evolved from its sister Company Harbin Integrated Power Control Engineering LTD. Since then, our company has been growing from the supplier for power stations to the contractor for Turn-key projects for the complete supply and service in the energy and electric power sectors. 

With outstanding working with our long term Partners both coming from the manufacturers and the agencies for mutual trust and reliance, we have accomplished great achievements.

Our company was prized with the Excellent Exporter awarded by Government among the 100 enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, China, and it has been certified by D&B for less degree of risk for doing the business in the world.


Our company focuses itself on the electric or energy sectors for the whole service and the supply of the complete plants and equipment and projects. We have accumulated the rich experiences and gained the potentiality for looking forward to the Bigger for future, and we would like to attain the following principles as the motto:

Since the new phase of the rapid development of the high technology and the heavy pressure upon the environment and the global warming in twenty first century, the energy exploration for the demand from human being has met with the overwhelming challenge. The world was devastated by the human greedy and unexhausted exploration. Sometimes the energy provider is also the environment destroyer. Thus how to provide the energy to meet the human requirement but not to destroy the environment and the natural source is a bigger question. It seems that new high technology and strict regulation is the key to answer this question and to solve the contradiction between the social development and the environment protection.  


So our company’s mission is to extend the new technology as a solution to the area of the traditional electricity generation and power development with green environment making the power generation with higher efficiency and lower cost in the air pollution free condition.


As remembered when Mr. President of USA John Kennedy visited the Space Center, he asked a sanitary worker who was sweeping the floor, what he was doing, the sanitary worker replied without hesitation that he was doing for the human landing on the moon.
